(Finished Dosage Form Unit) is conducting a Walk-In Interview for experienced pharmaceutical professionals in Production, Packing, and Quality Control at its Shendra MIDC facility in Chh. Sambhajinagar (Aurangabad), Maharashtra. This drive is exclusively for candidates with 2-5 years of hands-on experience in Oral Solid Dosage (OSD) manufacturing.

Open Positions
1. Packing Operator / Officer (Experience: 2-5 Years)
- Bottle Packing: IMA PG, CVC, Countec machines
- Blister Packing: BQS-Pampack, BEC 500-Uhlmann machines
- Primary and secondary packaging line management
- Batch documentation, reconciliation, line clearance, and in-process checks
2. Production Operator - OSD Formulations (Experience: 2-5 Years)
- Compression Machines: Fette or equivalent AWC machines
- Coating Machines: Glatt, ACG, Bectochem auto coaters
- Wet Granulation: Wurster granulation (Glatt GFB30/GFB300), RMG, FBD
- Batch Manufacturing Record (BMR) maintenance and cGMP/SOP compliance
3. Quality Control Officer (Experience: 2-5 Years)
- RM, PM, FP, and Stability sample analysis
- Analytical Method Validation (AMV) and Analytical Method Transfer (AMT)
- Working knowledge of HPLC and GC
- OOS/OOT investigation handling and audit compliance
- Qualification: B.Pharm, M.Pharm, M.Sc., B.Sc.
Eligibility Criteria
- Educational Qualifications: 10+2 (with pharma experience), ITI, Diploma, B.Sc., B.Pharm, M.Pharm, M.Sc.
- Experience: 2-5 years of hands-on experience in OSD manufacturing, packing, or QC within GMP-compliant pharmaceutical units
- Freshers are NOT eligible for this recruitment drive
- Relevant experience required: tablet compression, coating, granulation, blister packing, bottle packing, or pharmaceutical analytical testing
