Position Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Associate - Marketing to join our team. In this role, you will be a key representative of Zydus Hospitals, responsible for building strong relationships with doctors, corporate clients, and other stakeholders to promote our specialized healthcare services. Your efforts will directly contribute to our growth and reinforce our position as a leader in the healthcare industry.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain strong professional relationships with doctors, clinics, corporate clients, and other key partners to promote the services of Zydus Hospitals.
• Execute strategic marketing and sales plans to increase patient referrals, drive business growth, and meet assigned targets.
• Organize and participate in marketing activities such as Continuing Medical Education (CME) events, health camps, and corporate wellness programs.
• Act as the primary point of contact for external partners, effectively communicating the value and unique offerings of our quaternary care services.
• Conduct market research to identify new opportunities, understand industry trends, and monitor competitor activities.
• Prepare and present regular reports on marketing activities, progress, and results to the management team.
• Ensure all marketing materials are up-to-date, professional, and effectively distributed.

Required Qualifications & Skills:

• Qualification: A Bachelor's degree is required. A degree in a science-related field (e.g., B.Sc., B.Pharm, Biotechnology) is highly preferred.
• Experience: Proven and relevant experience in a sales and/or marketing role, ideally within the hospital, healthcare, or pharmaceutical industry.
• Communication: Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Relationship Management: Strong ability to build and maintain professional relationships and networks.
• Drive: A self-motivated, proactive, and results-oriented individual with a passion for the healthcare sector.
• Local Knowledge: Familiarity with the Ahmedabad healthcare market is a significant advantage.
