Ipca Laboratories is conducting a specialized walk-in for freshers seeking an entry into the pharmaceutical quality control domain.
Position: Quality Control Fresher / Trainee
Eligibility:
B.Pharm / M.Pharm / M.Sc (Chemistry/Pharmaceutical Sciences)
Freshers only (2025 or 2026 graduating batch)
Training Program:
Upon successful completion of the walk-in and selection process, selected candidates will be absorbed into an intensive training program:
Duration: 3-6 months structured training
Training Content:
- Analytical laboratory techniques (HPLC, GC, UV, Dissolution)
- Handling and operation of various instruments
- Quality control procedures and GMP compliance
- Documentation and regulatory requirements
- Batch testing and analysis protocols
Facilities:
- State-of-the-art laboratories
- Hands-on training with experienced supervisors
- Modern analytical equipment
Absorption:
After successful training completion, candidates will be permanently absorbed in the Quality Control Department
Location: Various Ipca facilities across India
