Key Responsibilities:
• Site Identification and Pre-Initiation Activities
• Act as primary contact for assigned sites
• Develop strong relationships with investigators and site staff
• Conduct feasibility and site qualification activities
• Prepare and negotiate Clinical Site Agreements
• Assist with IRB/Ethics Committee applications
• Site Activation & Maintenance
• Monitor site activation progress
• Conduct site training and ensure GCP compliance
• Support patient recruitment strategies
• Manage clinical trial management systems
• Site Monitoring & Close-Out
• Perform site visits and generate reports
• Ensure audit and inspection readiness
• Conduct final site closure visits
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Life Sciences, Pharmacy, Biotechnology, Microbiology, or Biochemistry
• Minimum 2+ years experience in Clinical Research
• Strong knowledge of ICH-GCP guidelines
• Proficiency in CTMS and EDMS
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Willingness to travel as required
