What scientific advancement would you like to see before you die?

There’s no one answer to this question, as everyone has their own interests and priorities. However, I would love to see a cure for cancer or Alzheimer’s Disease. These diseases are currently holding back the growth of our species, and I would love to see them rendered obsolete.
