Why do I feel so frustrated and depressed on weekends?
It can be tough to balance work and personal life during the week, but on weekends it seems like everything comes to a screeching halt. Why is this?
One major reason is that on weekends we’re usually more relaxed. We’re not so rushed and we have more time to focus on things that are important to us. However, this also means that we’re more likely to get carried away and let our guard down. This can lead to frustration and depression, as we hit a wall in our progress.
