Why do some or most people like health/fitness shaming?
There’s no one answer to this question, as it can depend on a person’s personal psychology and background. However, some people might like health/fitness shaming because they feel that it’s a way to hold other people accountable. Others might enjoy seeing others fail, or feel that it’s amusing or entertaining. Regardless of the reason, health/fitness shaming is never a good idea – it’s cruel and can have serious consequences.
